From working at the prestigious Freid, Frank, Harris, Schriver & Jacobson to opening her own practice in 1997,  Jody has devoted herself to helping clients large and small in every industry for over 20 years. Recognizing the need of business to prevent lawsuits, Jody Rene Katz, Esq. (formerly Jody Katz Pritikin) founded Proactive Lawsuit Prevention to train employees and human resources how to prevent harassment, discrimination and investigate complaints through lively, interactive training seminars. For the past decade, she has exclusively conducted high-level "Cotran" investigations for her clients. Renaming her company, "Neutral Attorney Investigations" she has rededicated herself and the business to helping her clients respond quickly and thoroughly to internal complaints. Jody's investigations and legal conclusions allow employers to get the information they need to solve complicated, legal conflicts before they blow up into expensive litigation.

As an expert witness, Jody is qualified to testify regarding the adequacy of an employer’s investigation, the reasonableness of their conclusions the appropriateness of remedial measures taken, adequacy of employee handbooks and policies, reasonableness of steps taken to prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation, reasonable accommodations, the interactive processes, the effectiveness of mandatory training programs, wrongful termination and wage and hour compliance.
